What we do
Down to the walls and back: cabinets, stone, backsplash, plumbing, electrical, floors, light. One crew, one written proposal, one end date.
Set level and plumb first, because everything else sits on them. Fillers, panels and toe kicks finished so it reads as one piece of furniture.
Templated on site after the cabinets are in, so seams land where you agreed and the overhang is what you asked for.
The island with power and a sink, the wall that comes down, the range that moves. Where a licensed GC and inspected trades matter.
Outlets where you cook, not where the old ones were. Under-cabinet light, pendants over the island, the hood vented right.
The kitchen is already open, so the new floor can keep going. Large-format porcelain, stone or wood through the whole main level.

Weeks, and the cabinets set the calendar more than the crew does. What we commit to is a start date and an end date in writing before we begin, sequenced so the stone is templated after the cabinets are in, not from a drawing.
Yes, and it is the fastest and least expensive way to get a new kitchen, because the plumbing and most of the electrical stay where they are. If you want the island moved or a wall opened, we tell you at the visit what that changes.
Yes. A new island with power, a range moved to another wall, a sink under the window. Plumbing and electrical are done by licensed trades and inspected, under our General Contractor license.
