These terms govern your use of ffbuildersinc.com and the estimate process. By using the site or requesting an estimate, you agree to them.

Who we are

FF Builders is A&H Home Improvements LLC, doing business as FF Builders Inc, a Florida Certified General Contractor working across Miami-Dade and Broward County. Reach us at (954) 249-6940 or through our contact page.

The estimate is free, and it is not a contract

Requesting an estimate costs you nothing and puts you under no obligation to hire us. An estimate becomes binding only when it is written, priced and signed by both sides. Numbers given verbally, by text, or as ranges on this site are for orientation, not commitments.

Pricing shown on this site

Any price or range published here reflects typical projects and is not a quote for your property. The real number comes from the on-site visit, because square footage, surface condition, access and prep change the work substantially.

The written agreement governs the work

When you decide to go ahead, the signed proposal or contract sets the scope, the price, the schedule, the payment terms and the warranty. If anything in it differs from what is on this site, the signed document wins.

What we ask of you

• Accurate informationDescribe the property and the work honestly. A crew is scheduling a trip based on what you tell us.
• Authority to approveOnly request work for a property you own or are authorized to approve work on.
• Access to the propertyBe present, or arrange access, for a visit you have confirmed. Tell us in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.
• Fair use of the siteDo not submit false requests, copy or scrape the content, or interfere with how the site works.

Photos of completed work

Images on this site show work we performed. Before and after pairs are of the same property. Results vary with the condition of each home, and no image is a promise of a specific outcome on yours.

Contact by phone, text and email

By submitting a request you agree we may contact you about it at the number and email you gave us, including by call and text. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to end text messages. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

What we do not promise

We work to schedule every requested estimate, but we cannot guarantee availability for every request, every area or every date. This site and its content are provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, our liability arising out of the use of this site is limited to the amount you paid to access it, which is zero. Liability for work we actually perform is governed by the signed agreement and by our insurance, not by this page.

Intellectual property

The text, photographs, design and marks on this site belong to FF Builders and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the version on this page is the one that applies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
