This policy explains what FF Builders collects when you ask us for an estimate, what we do with it, and who we share it with. It covers ffbuildersinc.com and requests you send us by phone or through our advertising.

Who we are

FF Builders is A&H Home Improvements LLC, doing business as FF Builders Inc, a Florida Certified General Contractor serving Miami-Dade and Broward County. You can reach us at (954) 249-6940 or through our contact page.

What we collect

We only collect what we need to get someone to your property with a real number.

• What you give usYour name, phone number and email address, the address or ZIP code of the property, and the type of work you need. Anything else you choose to tell us on the form or on a call.
• Collected automaticallyStandard log data such as IP address, browser type and pages viewed, plus cookies and similar technologies used for analytics and advertising measurement.
• Campaign informationParameters attached to the link you arrived through, including Google click identifiers, so we know which ad brought you here.

The tools we use

This site uses Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking, including call reporting, which may substitute a forwarding number so we can measure which ads generate calls. We also use Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors move through the pages. These providers process the data under their own privacy policies.

How we use it

• To respond to youCalling, texting or emailing you back about the estimate you requested, and scheduling the visit.
• To do the workPreparing the estimate, coordinating the crew and the schedule, and handling permits when the job requires them.
• To improve our advertisingMeasuring which campaigns bring real projects, in aggregate.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with other contractors or lead buyers.

Calls, texts and email

When you submit a request, you agree that we may contact you at the number and email you provided, about that request, including by call and text message. Message and data rates may apply. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP, and unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in it. Opting out of marketing does not stop messages about an estimate you have already asked for. Calls may be recorded for quality.

Who we share it with

Only with the service providers that make our operation run: our customer relationship system, our analytics and advertising providers, and, when a job goes ahead, the suppliers and licensed trades working on it. We also share information when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep estimate requests for as long as we may need them for the project, for warranty questions and for our records. Ask us to delete yours and we will, unless we are required to keep it.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us through the contact page or call. You can also block cookies in your browser, though parts of the site may not work as intended.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed, and the version on this page is the one that applies.
